Erasmus + 

You can check on our website (Academic Partners (Europe)) whether a cooperation agreement between your home university and Volgograd State University is existed.  If this is the case you can apply for the Erasmus+ Mobility for Learners and Staff through your home university. Usually such information can be provided by the International office of your home university. 

After your home university did nominate you, VolSU will send you an e-mail with the link to the online application form you will need to complete. Should you have any questions concerning the study at VolSU please do not hesitate to contact our International Office via e-mail oms@volsu.ru.

Useful to know

Erasmus students do not pay tuition fees during their semester abroad. However, many universities collect a semester fee in order to enroll students. VolSU does not require any semester fees for Erasmus students. 

Important information

Most courses are taught in Russian that is why to ensure you a successful study period in Volgograd we would recommend level B2 of Russian according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

To apply, please provide the following papers before May 15th (for fall semester) / before October 15th (for spring semester):

1. Nomination letter signed by head of international office of your home university (scanned copy)

2.  Personal application (гипер-ссылка на apply)

3. Photocopy of valid passport
