Аннотация Two-dimensional problem of electromagnetic field propagation in an array of carbon nanotubes in the presence of an external high-frequency field was considered. The derived effective equation has the form of a classical sine-Gordon equation. The effects of the system in an external homogeneous electromagnetic field, with its period much shorter than the characteristic pulse length were studied.
