Аннотация The transverse electric field which appears in carbon nanotubes spontaneously by applying of a strong electric field in the presence of a magnetic field was calculated. The effect can be associated with the non-equilibrium state of the electron subsystem in carbon nanotubes. The dependence of the spontaneous field on the magnetic field was studied.
