Аннотация | In this work we used a model Hubbard Hamiltonian. As a result the effective system of the nonlinear equations describing dynamics of wave function of electron within the framework of offered Hamiltonian is received. The decision of this system has allowed to define wave function of electron, and also the density of a current in the carbon nanotube. |
